Day 1: Drive from Kampala to Kibale-trek chimpanzees
Embark on your 5-6-hour road trip to Kibale Forest National Park in western Uganda after you have had your breakfast. Drive via Fort Portal where you will have lunch and then connect to Kibale National Park to catch up with 2:00pm briefing on guidelines to be followed while on chimpanzee trek. usually, a search for chimpanzees takes about 2-4 hours and this also includes an hour of a face to face encounter with these remarkable creatures that share about 98 percent of their DNA with humans. After, you can walk back or meet your driver guide at a point where you commenced your trek.

Day 2: Crater lakes and boat ride
Have a delicious breakfast at your lodge and later, check out ready to embark on 3-hour journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. En-route, you will be amazed by scenic crater lakes that are dotted around this area and get to Queen Elizabeth National Park early enough to enjoy your lunch and have some rest.
At 2:00pm, you have the afternoon launch trip along Kazinga Channel which lasts for about 2-3 hours. This launch trip offers you opportunity to see basking crocodiles, hippos, water birds and many other wildlife species along the banks. After, you will get back to the lodge to have rest, dinner and night stay.

On a game drive, expect to see elephants, buffaloes, leopards, lions, warthogs, birds, antelopes and many more. After, you will get back to check out from the lodge in case you didn’t and drive back to Kampala/Entebbe and this marks the end of your 3 days Kibale and Queen Elizabeth tour.
