Day 1: Drive from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Our driver guide will pick you up at your respective hotel or place of residence in Kampala after breakfast. He will brief you on what your 3 days Queen Elizabeth tour is all about and you start your journey to western Uganda via Masaka-Mbarara-Bushenyi route about 5-6 hours’ drive.
Make a stopover at Uganda Equator crossing for photography and relaxation. Later, drive to Igongo Cultural Center for lunch then proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park while enjoying the amazing views of the expansive banana and tea plantations. Arrive early enough and check in at the lodge and in the evening, visit the salt mining area to witness the traditional mining methods used by locals to mine salt and also explore the magical Crater Lake area. Drive back to the lodge to have rest, dinner and spend a night.

Day 2: Morning game drive and launch cruise along Kazinga Channel
Today after breakfast, you will be picked up from your lodge ready to embark on a morning game drive along Kasenyi track of Queen Elizabeth National Park. On a game drive, expect to see African lions, buffaloes, leopards, Uganda Kobs, warthogs, elephants and birds. This is a 3-4 hour’ wildlife experience and after, you will drive back to the lodge to have lunch and some rest. At 2:00pm, you have a launch cruise along the Kazinga channel which connects Lake George and Lake Edward for you to see hippos, crocodiles, water birds and many terrestrial species along the banks.
